Well, you didn't say if it was in-game or competitive, so I'm just posting this with the assumption it's competitive.
Oh...and you haven't posted natures. So I can't give you specific movesets. Sorry.

Feraligatr: Fly is an HM move, and HM moves, excluding Surf, are garbage. Take it out.

Lucario: Can't say anything about this without a nature...

Infernape: Bad moveset. Two STAB moves work fine, you don't need Flamethrower, Blast Burn, AND Flare Blitz. Which you should use depends on the nature...

Celebi: Again, can't say it without a nature...

Rayquaza: Hyper Beam=recharge turn. Recharge turn=BAD.

Charizard: Once more, can't say anything without a nature...

If you post the natures I can give you more help.

I don't usually do this, but this team made me cry. As do you, as you have obviously not even MADE this team yet. Unless you are a dirty hacker of course.

Feraligatr Lv:100
Dark Pulse
Fly
Hydro Pump
Overheat

Feraligatr CANNOT learn Dark Pulse, Overheat or Fly. Hydro Pump is inaccurate, use Surf, if this Pokemon even exists.


Lucario Lv:100
Aura Sphere
Close Combat
Fire Blast
Brick Break

Only one or two fighting moves are needed, depending on nature. Fire Blast is NOT obtainable on Lucario legally.

Infernape Lv:100
Flamethrower
Blast Burn
Focus Blast
Flare Blitz

Too many fire moves. There are far better alternatives to Blast Burn too.


Celebi LV:100
Solarbeam
Sunny Day
Leaf Strom
Surf

Meh. Surf is impossible on Celebi.

Rayquaza Lv:55
Eaethquake
Hyper Beam
Dragon Pulse
Blizzard

Yeah, Hyper Beam is bad,.

Charizard Lv:55
Thunder
Earthquake
Dig
Flamethrower

Charizard and Thunder = NO. Not possible without hacking.

So yeah, you either made this up, or are a hacker.

i have made this team its my team on pokemon diamond and im not sure y feraligatr knows fly i got in a trade as a lv 1 totodile

and then celebi i also got in a trade i don't know how they got the moves

charizard same as feraligatr i got it as lv 1 charmander and it already had the moves

i never knew that except lucario it let me teach it fire blast cause i got that one from the riolu egg and i was gonna teach charizrd fire blast but it let me teach it to lucario
and how do u hack pokemon games?

Similar thing to Gameshark.

Apart from being hacked, therefor not wi fi battle worthy any way, you don't need both Infernape and Charizard on the same team.

yea but i love fire pokemon it doesn't matter about wi-fi all of a sudden my wireless router stop working so i can't connect anymore =(

oh yea is any suggestions for new team since i just figured they're hacked i need help im gonna keep charizard (im just gonna get rid of thunder) and infernape ..... so yea help me on building a new team

Other wise, I'll assign natures:
Rhyperior: Adamant/Impish
Shedinja: Adamant
Umbreon: Careful/Calm
Dragonite: Adamant/Jolly
Suicune: Calm
Charzard: Modest/Timid (Physcial ones are Adamant/Jolly or any nature that lowers a defense stat and raises eithe Atk, S, Atk or Spd)
