So I was thinking of having Tom launch a final desperation rush attack, pushing past his limits of endurance & stamina to keep fighting, and then having the android just beat the tar out of him with a counter to knock him out.

Would it be better to just have the black hole ball knock Sakura out, or have her remain conscious and crawl towards the android only for Mrs. Woods to stop it?

I'm biased for the Sakura crawls and Mrs. Woods stops the fight ending, but my fear is I'll take the "stubbornly willful" thing away form someone else if they had it in mind.

Well, the first two technically took themselves out. Parker basically pulled a land mine, and Tom used his last bit of stamina to use an extremely strong attack, so I don't think Sakura being stubborn will be that bad.
