Okay, that's interesting – the upgrade was about an hour and a half ago. So that's definitely a separate problem. Let me look into it.

The same thing has been happening to me for a while now (I just assumed it was something on my end). I eventually realized that even though you can't see that you've uploaded a file, you actually have, and you can just host the image and it shows up fine.
