Pardon delayed response, I've had a lot on my plate. Anyway! If it's a matter of a personal rule you've set for a specific RP rather than one of the site's rules, it should be fine to draw someone's attention to it - although it's preferred you do so via a private message/profile message - and if it's an RP thread, then via the discussion thread for that RP (no OOC blather in actual RP threads, please).
