You'll have to be a bit more specific – what precisely are you trying to use, and where? Is it the same thing we were talking about before – using your own fan-made based on an unused beta Pokémon – and would it be in fic or RP?

*??? uses Imperial Rage* This Pokémon was going to be in the new games of ultra sun/moon from what I read in a lovely Japanese magazine, but it was ultimately removed after they decided the ability was too overpowered. This is kinda the same matter from before, except that we're now dealing with a Pokémon that was going to be in a game that isn't even officially released yet.
