It's a trilogy about a dystopia where parents can opt to have their kids 'unwound'--i.e, taken to camps where their organs are harvested to be used in transplants.

There's this guy whose parents had him unwound because he kept getting into fights, a girl chosen to be unwound because she's an orphan, and the orphanage couldn't afford to keep her, and a guy who was destined to be unwound from birth, because of his parents' religion...Plus these bombers planning to blow up the harvest camps with explosives they trigger by clapping

The clappers clap three times to detonate the explosive chemical implanted in their blood, and then boom

I just imagined Kids singing churchs songs then someone claps and a nuke goes off

Kinda the idea, except imagine that those nukes are implanted in the blood of young teens, and they're suicide bombers doing it to blow up a facility that's killing kids and harvesting their organs

Nope, they can either be imprisoned, or re-claimed by whoever ordered them to be unwound (Usually the parents)
