Are the mega evolutions in question owned by a specific RP character of yours or an NPC that your characters need to battle, and is the RP in question a thread that you started?

The second question is because the use of fanmade Pokemon, moves, etc needs to be clarified/approved by the person who started the thread first because not everyone likes having fanmade pokemon around in their threads.

The first is because it is reasonably feasible to write NPCs battles with mega evolution (provided there is only one of them and that it is a very difficult challenge). But when a mega evolution is owned by an active player character, that person needs to ask permission with all the information our rules specify.
