Then push it. This may seem predictable, but if you are in a group of dedicated RPers, keep pushing it forward, and don't stop. Start a convo and try to get everyone to post.

All from the RP are in a discord chat. I am a highly devoted RPer, normally checking for any new updates and FE: Monarchs was my most focused RP I've ever done.

Yeah, but sometimes, people just don't respond, and there is nothing you can do. Then move on. The trick is finding s group of people who are committed.
