To answer both of you: the RP forum rules have no specific restrictions regarding Battle Bond (as things to the effect have been used by RPers long before Ash-Greninja was even a bad idea) - the only real restriction is that if the Battle Bonded form actually leads to a physical form change, all the rules regarding fanmade Pokemon apply to it.
