Use the forgotten password feature (it's on the login box) to reset your password – it'll send an e-mail to the account you signed up with. Let me know if you still have problems and I'll see what we can do

i did what you said but whenever i checked my email there wasnt anything about it and i used the right email too

could i not be getting it because whenever i do the forgot password thing i look for the email on another device

As long as the email account is the same one on your account, it should be fine. Can you tell me the first four letters of the one you're checking on another device? (Don't say the full thing in public for safety )
