Welcome back to Pokécharms! We've recently launched a new site and upgraded forums, so there may be a few teething issues as everything settles in. Please see our Relaunch FAQs for more information.
Good grief. Thank you for bringing this to my attention - do they have a specific policy for reporting stolen works or should i just use their basic "contact us" form?
Seems they stole both my 'zard designs. I flung a message at them through the 'contact us' form. If they refuse to remove it, I've been advised that maybe contacting their ISP and informing them that these people are up to shady dealings might be helpful - but I figured I'll save the big guns for if they choose not to resolve this amicably.
Any experience/advice in dealing with this sort of thing?
I've actually seen this before, it stole someone else's design from Charms too. It was a Pichu-Link piece of art and I'm not sure how he dealt with it.
Yeah, I'm honestly glad they're being reasonable about removing stolen works when contacted. Makes one wonder who is supplying them with designs, though - definitely a difference between a business who unscrupulously nicks designs from people and one that is getting them from another source and has no idea what's going on until the original artist contacts them...
They're ripping the designs from Teepublic. I know this because a lot of the artworks of mine that was used on that site were not posted in full definition and quality outside of the storefronts. Plus they only had the Teepublic designs I had put up, and not the Redbubble ones.
