Best way to let me know about specific things is to report them, really. And keep in mind that some threads have already been taken care of and others still are abandoned (because people have no attention span) while you're doing that.
As for other events - honestly, all I can really do is handle events as they are brought to my attention via reports. I can't magically fix people who have zero intention of improving. All I can do is remove them.
