Yeah but a grass type champion (or really any other type specialist except dragon, water, and no type speciality) would just be awesome plus then shouldn't have one of the elite four have gotten it in emerald then? ( sorry if I am a little aggressive)

Well, anything could happen, indeed. No-one expected Iris to get the champion gig in B2W2 either. Champions tend to not be type specialists, though (Iris and Lance notwithstanding), and if it's an Emerald-style third version, there's every chance there'll be no change in champion at all.

If there is, Mallow seems unlikely because she's part of the Akala island's trio – even the anime keeps her, Kiawe, and Lana together.
