Being mean to anyone is against the rules under our flaming warning. So yeah, you'd get in trouble for it, the same as you'd get for being mean to anyone here. We have a very low tolerance for that sort of thing.

Okay, and one more thing, if i played through Pokemon Soul Silver, and had 2 legendary pokemon, and i wanted my entire Soul Silver team on my RP series, would i have to get authorization, or could i just put how i found them in the story line?
