You have five separate warnings for posting works that aren't your own on the Corner. More than that, you aren't permanently banned - you have been locked out of it until 19th May. Which, after five separate warnings, seems fair to me.

As for making sprites, you can - you just can't post art you did not create yourself. As the rules say, the only bases you can use are official Pokémon sprites, if you take anyone else's work and post it, or modify it and posting it, it is not counted as your own work.

I'm not really sure. As it stands, your warning isn't even enough to put you in moderation, and all of the others have expired. Beyond that, I'm inclined to say that any further warnings will be significantly harsher - probably along the lines of setting your account to read-only (that is, you can't post on the site) for a while.

I would advise you be a bit careful in future, just because you've been warned so many times. As for having to create the Pokémon sprites yourself, you don't have to - sprites are freely usable as bases for Pokémon. Perhaps it'd be a good idea to show me your art in a private conversation before posting it in the future? I can tell you whether it's okay or not, and why?
