Yeah, they're pretty common nowadays... unlike when I joined when I don't think I ever saw one.
It makes me think the people operating them have figured out a way to circumvent whatever measures are in place here to prevent them from doing stuff. Or they're noticing this site more.
...Though if it's the latter, the people should notice it uses bbcode not css (I think) styled formatting.
