And it wasn't, random generators finally pulled through. Now I'm stuck on her personality...

Neither. Basically, she can store up solar energy and shoot it out as projectiles. Or up her arm's strength.

I'm thinking she's kinda harsh, but well-meaning and kind. I just... I feel like I need more detail and reason, or something... *sigh* writing's hard.
