Rules along the lines of...only Ghost, Dark, Poison & Bug types allowed?

To clarify:

Pokemon possessing at least One of these types would qualify for usage.

Would they have to only be Ghost, Dark, Poison & Bug? Or could they have another type that isn't a different one along with that? Basically, could Pokemon like Froslass still count?

I'd say that as long as they have one of the spoopy types they'd be fair game.

What was Heco's format?

Was it a bracket/tournament structure or...?

Two divisions, each one fights every other member of the devision twice, the two members of each division with the most wins move on to the semifinals, then its standard Pokémon anime tournament.

Ah yea, it was probably due to the number of people. Had to be a round robin.

I'd probably opt to use a regular tournament bracket with byes, but its dependent on how many people sign up. I don't think I'll be forcing doubles or any teir in particular since we're already limited by types.
