I love the Evillous Chronicles! My favorite are actually the Yellow line though, Daughter of Evil, Servant of Evil, and Regret Message. Lizz Robinett does excellent English versions for all three, though personally I prefer Juby's lyrics for daughter of evil.
As for Vocaloids though, Gumi is one of my fav xD Maybe top 5
