They were really dumb in season 4. After they saved Eri, they could both save Nighteye and get Mirio his quirk back. They just needed Eri to rewind them both and Aizawa to erase her quirk at the right time. Maybe Midoriya as well for emotional support

Well... I might be misremembering, but I'm pretty sure that Eri was in some sort of quarantine for the first few days after the raid because of her uncontrollable Quirk, which meant she couldn't save Nighteye.
But... I think, sometime in the near future, Eri will bring back Togata's Quirk.

If she could rewind people that they become nothing, then she can probably revive a dead person

True... though maybe no-one asked her because she probably didn't know that anyone died in the raid and if she did she'd probably blame herself and not be able to move on from what had happened to her and smile again...?

That is a really dumb argument because 1, Nighteye said they were there to help her. They would put her life first. 2, she’d feel a lot better by saving someone then, wouldn’t she? 3, Midoriya would most likely be there and say that it’s not her fault. 4, she’s a kid so she have all her life ahead of her to heal that mental trauma

Rewind only works on living things.
Dead people aren't living.
She can't revive people.

Oh. But then she can still revive newly deceased people (because your body is still alive for 8 minutes)

If she could get to them quick enough, then yes.
