The SwSh expansion pass looks absolutely brilliant from where I'm sitting. The Crown Tundra's exploration focus in particular resonates with me like I don't even. And most importantly I'm getting my goddamn volcarona back.

I really don't understand why the masses are complaining about this. They scream about how they don't want yearly releases, and then they contradict themselves and say "wE wAnT sInNoH rEmAkEs nOw". I actually am glad Sinnoh remakes are getting pushed to (at least) 2021, it gives them more time to work on it. I love this new DLC, it looks incredible.

Honestly given how horribly they fscked up Emerald with OR/AS I'd be quite happy to never see a Sinnoh remake, no matter how fond I am of certain characters in there. XD

I honestly could not give a crap if they release Sinnoh remakes or not (although I'd love if the fandom would shut up about it). Then again, D&P came out when I was still hardly an infant, so I don't have the nostalgic bias that several do. xD

Wait ORAS were remakes of Emerald?

Difficulty always tanks with remakes and DP were the hardest games, which made them awesome. Plus Sinnoh was my childhood, no touchies.

Don't know about SwSh, since I may be the only person here who doesn't plan on getting them. Especially since they're $120 games now XD

Hmm? 120? The DLC is $30 for both the Isle and Tundra, IIRC. So technically, it's 90.

(also, you can't complain because the games are $90 here (and the DLC'll be like $45) lol.)

And even if you're gonna complain about Pokemon not being available, they said they were gonna be available to obtain through other means to everyone without the expansion. Granted, Pokemon HOME costs like 16$ per year, and Pokemon bank is 5, but if you just wanna transfer Pokemon you can do that with the 3 dollar option.
