Speaking of Miraculous RPs, I was thinking of doing one set in ancient Egypt...

I think I see wht you're doing with your miraculous RP, and TBH, I'm not sure if I approve. In fact, I definitely don't.

Sorry? We've literally just started. This is the first battle with the first villain. The real story is about the Cardinals, this is only an introduction.

I think I can see what you're gonna do with this battle, though. You're going to have the current villain block off all of the attacks our characters dish out, and then have your character swoop in to save the day, and make the rest of us look bad. Is that it? Because if that is the case, I'm not sure I want to stay in this RP, unless it will just be a one time thing.

I don't want to be pushed off to the side just so that you can be the hero, and I don't think that the others will approve of that either.

HAHAHAHAH. Nope, Mechanist is going to get equally wrecked. Come on, mate. He's MADE of metal. Magnet Master is going to treat him like a freaking chew toy.

Yea, I kinda agree with Eevee, let's face it. Most of the heroes have metal on their gear, Magnet Master would easily use that to his advantage. Its gonna take a lot to take him down.

PLUS, since this is likely the first time some of these heroes have encountered an Akumatized villain, and therefore, wouldn't be used to their opponents still being up after their superpowers end, forcing them to retreat.

1.) The way the opening post is set up, it almost completely disregards the other heroes and paints your character in a special snowflake light. He is set up to be the big bad of the hero operation, which doesn't seem fair, IMHO, because this is an RP, not your story, and everyone's character is important, not just the thread creator's.

2.) It does not at all seem fair for a lackey-level villain to not take any significant damage, in a five-on-one battle. It also gave me the suspicion that this would turn into a special snowflake story, because of that, and how the opening post was set up.

1. The main reason Mechanist is a threat is because of Purify.
2. Daggers wouldn't do much to a strongman made of metal, soundwaves would barely do anything, a cane...is a cane, and all the heroes have metal materials on their gear, this should show the heroes they need to work together better, creating that kind of side story.

3.) I do apologise for making my incorrect assumptions, but please take some consideration as to how you present the other characters in the RP compared to yours, as in my opinion, it comes across as a little bit disrespectful. But, if you'd rather not discuss this matter anymore, I can just save us both the headaches and leave.

Literally the only reason people are concerned about Mechanist is that he’s been around for six months and has traveled around Canada. If Cobra Venin and Mechanist had swapped places, Cobra Venin would be the major target.

And how do you know that the other characters who have already been established as heroes wouldn't have done the same, if not better? Say what you like, but I stand by my first point. It is not fair to disregard the other characters in an RP just so that you can be the hero.

He's not disregarding them, after all, if he was disregarding them, he would have had him instantly defeat them without even using a percentage of his power. However, he has checked over his ideas, and its obvious that magnetic powers would defeat all of the heroes, also, again. MECHANIST HAS PURIFY.

That is irrelevant. Also, re-read the first post. Are any of the established heroes, who have their own useful and threatening powers, and whom have had at least some experience relevant to fighting villains taken seriously? No. Is the thread creator's, despite his powers being no more useful, or special, taken seriously? Yes. In fact, he is made to look more special than all of the others,which is not fair.
