    How do you create a personalized picture?

    I'm a little confused because it has a vertical bar there, and I'm used to having a horizontal one, whereas you can paste an IMGcode of a picture uploaded from a site like Photobucket.com. Help please. ~Keitorin-chan P.S.: Dear Admins, is this known as SPAMing? I hope it isn't.... :-\
