First Pokemon: Sylveon evolves through love. Get it? Love? LOVE?
Second Pokemon: They're both dead kids with a plant motif and red eyes.
Third Pokemon: Charmander. CHARAmander. Hahahahahahaha!
Fourth Pokemon: Shedinja steals your soul when you look into its back. Chara seals your soul at the end of the Geno/No Mercy route. Added Bonus that I didn't think of until now- They're both genderless.
Fifth Pokemon: Look at those rosy cheeks. It's perfect. Also a parallel to a Pokemon on Frisk's trainer card.
Sixth Pokemon: It's a yellow flower.

First Pokemon/Second Pokemon: They're both Eeveelutions, to parallel Chara's Sylveon, and they both evolve through friendship.
Third Pokemon: To parallel Chara's Charmander.
Fourth Pokemon: To parallel Chara's Shedinja.
Fifth Pokemon: Evolves through friendship, has a heart on it.
Sixth Pokemon: To parallel Chara's Mimikyu.

First Pokemon: Naruto the Froakie. Would be my starter.
Second Pokemon: Slymie the Goodra. I love Dragon-types, and the entire Goomy line.
Third Pokemon: Serenity the Gardevoir. I think Gardevoir would be a nice Pokemon to have.
Fourth Pokemon: Cleaver the Aegislash. I just think swords and ghosts are neat.
Fifth Pokemon: Beef the Ditto. Added because of one of my Pokemon plushies.
Sixth Pokemon: Locke the Klefki. I like Klefki.
Also, don't forget a Rotomdex! I'd definitely have one. Zapp the Rotomdex.

First Pokemon: Bulbasaur is my mom's absolute favorite Pokemon.
Second Pokemon: The entire Happiny-Chansey-Blissey line is a close second.
Third Pokemon: Flabebe is another one of her favorites- her favorite fairy type.
Fourth Pokemon: To represent our dog, Bo-Bo.
Fifth Pokemon: Another one of her favorites. I showed her the Mimikyu Song (the fan-made English dub) and she said she wanted to take care of Mimikyu.
Sixth Pokemon: Mr. Mime to help clean around the house.

First Pokemon: Represents Snappy Bug from Smurfs: The Lost Village.
Second Pokemon: Little creature with a hat who follows around another creature with a hat who's in charge.
Third Pokemon: The Pokemon of knowledge. Brainy's name is, well, BRAINY.
Fourth Pokemon: I forget my reasoning for this one.
Fifth Pokemon: Just watch the cartoon episode "I was a Brainy Weresmurf" and you'll get it.
Sixth Pokemon: Without his glasses, Brainy is as blind as a bat. Hahaha.
