Okay... I have no clue how the neck this came out of my pencil. The whole time I was drawing this, it looked like total crap. But then when I erased all the extra stuff, it looks okay! Anyway, this is another Toon Monster, Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon. Based it off a picture in a Yugioh Guidebook. He's just a little cutie! Probably one of my favorite Toon Monsters.
