Very rarely do I sprite these days, so this might not be the best ever. But I was feeling in the mood for it and we don't have a Lugia Cosplayer for the TCM so here we are.
The base is the Female Ace Trainer from Pokemon Black and White. The item she's holding was supposed to be the Tidal Bell, but its pretty hard to depict it accurately on such a small scale. Well I tried >>
