Unfortunately, art block is something all artists go through, there's no exception unless god just favors you more than others. Never deadly but has no cure, like allergy perhaps? Of course, sooner or later motivation will naturally come, so no worries. ^^

Sounds like you might have a severe case of "Art block", and though I'm not super sure what might help you, sometimes looking at stuff that other people have drawn might help give you inspiration, especially if you look at stuff by your favorite artists. If that doesn't work, sometimes just taking a short break from drawing can help. Even a day long break might help a little, if you are someone who draws almost every day.
