So yeah...I'm late with this.
To be fair, it's really hard to draw well with a touchpad.It's one of the reasons I prefer pixel art, it's much easier.
So yeah, this design is obviously simple XD. I'm not proud of this, but eventually I liked how the evolutions turned out, and it wouldn't fit if it changed.
Anyways this would be the water starter of my fake region, along with the fire starter pyrodent. I'll make sure to upload the third starter later, and add the dex entries when I can.
