Chapter 7: An Oncoming Storm
The group had headed off to Route 3 in the morning, with clear heads and all the intention of forgetting all about the events of the last day. They were venturing through the barren, gusty Route 3 when it all caught back up to them. An Ultra Wormhole ripped itself open right in front of them, and two black, long, wire-like arms came out, clinging to the floor, as a monstrous Pokemon clambered out. It had a large, white head that was ball shaped, and had spikes jutting out all over it. It's entire body was just like it's arms, black wires, and it's hands were circular, flat and golden with fingers that looked like the inside of wires. It's legs also had black feet, with yellow spiked toes, and also had some black wire arms coming from it's back, with plug like hands on the end. "Xur... Xur... Xur-katriii!" It cried, as Flame and Mal gazed upwards, shocked. They must have started to remember the creature. It put it's plug arms high into the sky, creating a light green glow. It spooked all the bird Pokemon on the route, and they started to fly around the light in a swarm. Suddenly, some of the birds dived off towards the group, obviously scared, ready to attack anything out of fear. Shinx jumped forwards to defend them, tackling down a Spearow and biting at a Rufflet. In retaliation, a Vullaby, a Rufflet and a Spearow swarmed on him, pecking and jabbing at him with their talons. Shinx started to disappear under the flock. Isaac tried to yell, but there was no response. "Shinx! Come on! You can do this! You just need to have faith!" Suddenly, under the birds, a white glow appeared, and they all started to increase their speed, only to be blown black by a mighty burst of electricity. "Luxiawoo-ooo!" The newly evolved Pokemon evolved. "Yeah! Go Luxio!" Isaac shouted. But Luxio didn't stop there. He ran across the crags, stopping in front of the strange Pokemon. It stopped, angling it's head down to Luxio, and garbled in a strange static. Luxio used Charge, with a mighty roar absorbing all of the energy that beasts appearance had released into the air back into himself. As he prepared to attack however, with one swift movement the beast plunged it's plug arm into the side of Luxio, the life draining from it's eyes as the energy it had absorbed was taken away. Luxio passed out onto the floor.

The strange Pokemon started some sort of procedure with it's newfound energy. It planted it's feet into the ground, stretching out as tall as it could into the sky like a tower. It's head started to pulsate with the energy it had absorbed, as a dark, rough storm started to gather around it. They ran as fast as they could towards the Pokemon, but were blocked off by a mysterious stranger in a black cloak and goggles. He sent out a Dragonite and a Crabominable, two towering and fierce Pokemon. Out came Froakie, Cyndaquil, Fennekin and Popplio to fight them. Froakie and Popplio started firing bubbles around Dragonite, caging it in so it had no room to fly. Froakie jumped around, barely dodging a Dragon Rush attack, Dragonite being stunned by a Disarming Voice from Popplio. Crabominable was trying it's best to move towards Cyndaquil and Fennekin, but their constant assault of Embers was holding him back. He kept moving, but at a slower pace. He would reach them eventually. It was starting to seem desperate, as if they would never get past, however the cries of their trainers caused all four Pokemon to become engulfed in the same white glow as Shinx, becoming Frogadier, Braixen, Brionne, and Quilava. The Pokemon started firing rapid attacks with even more vigour, Embers, Bubbles, but the two hulking Pokemon just did not stop. Crabominable and Dragonite stood near the smaller Pokemon, towering above them, ready to strike the final blow... "Stop. The time is finally right." The raspy, low and distorted voice of the mysterious stranger resounded along with the wind. Everyone looked upwards to see a might bolt of lightning strike the tree like beast from the cloud, pulsating through his entire body and into the ground. Isaac could fell his feet rubbing against the friction of the electrical current. Everyone continued to stare as from the sky flew near a black, bladed Pokemon...

The figure started to spin, firing a laser that seemed to reflect every colour inside it. It strafed along, until the laser hit the beast. It fell backwards, legs retracting out of the ground to it's normal form, garbling in it's static code as it started to be frozen in... crystal? The crystal started to spread up it's body, the garbling sound became more high pitched and fast, until it was fully frozen over, stuck in a crystalline version of it's falling position. Then, the portal appeared again in the same location, sucking back in the crystallised Pokemon. The Stranger called his Pokemon back to his pokeballs, and released a Staraptor, preparing to get up on it. "Wait!" Isaac shouted. "Aren't you gonna explain any of this to us?" The stranger didn't reply, only the sound of his muffled, heavy breathing and the roaring winds could be heard. He finished climbing his Pokemon, and took off, flying away. Nobody knew what to do, and Lillie seemed bruised and had a cut on her leg. She must have fallen over from the quakes caused by the beast implanting itself in the ground. He offered to help her along, and held her up as she limped the rest of the route. None of there Pokemon were in fighting health, but the battle had scared away all the Pokemon, and no trainers would stand in such a cold and wicked route. They crossed a bridge over a thin waterfall, and came back out near the end of Route 1. They were near to Iki town, where they would finish their journey on Melemele. Maybe that would lose the wormholes for a while, moving islands. Isaac looked up to the sky, but instead of seeing the prism Pokemon from earlier, he could only see the bright sun of Alola, more alive than ever.

Could request that Ama might capture another Pokemon? A Kirlia to evolve into a Gallade, or an Arcanine if possible? I love the story, and thanks for adding in my character! :)
