Level 1-100 Scout Secondary
+Throw a small recorder that will play audio sounds of Scout to distract enemies.
+While the audio is playing, all of your sounds become silent to enemies.
+Right clicking again after throwing it will have it explode, dealing 25% of the maximum target's health.
+If the explosion is used on a sentry, it will deactivate the sentry for 5 seconds and deal 30% of the sentry's maximum health.
-Can only have one down at a time.
-10 second recharge.
-If an enemy player hits the recorder, it will automatically deactivate, and not explode.
~When the recorder recharges, the previous recorder will automatically explode.
