I'm not a good artist, but I am a brony, and have been for many years. I joined the fandom way back about halfway through FiM as a series, around season 4. I don't exactly remember what was appealing about it at the time, or why I got into it, but I did, and I found that it was a pretty good show. I, myself, try to represent that not-as-cringey side of the fanbase (because we are all aware of the bad side's reputation, it has earned it) and keep things simple. I roleplay with characters, I have friends in the fandom, and we have a tightly-knit little community where we like to write out interesting stories set in the MLP universe. Honestly, I love the show, and I love my friends in this little community of less than 10 people, and we all love our characters.
This image here is my attempt at drawing my friend's character "Sweet Peach", a quiet, usually emotionless earth mare who has a slightly traumatizing childhood, but thanks to her friends, has been able to recover and heal from it. There is a lot more to her than that, but as it stands, Peach is one of my favorites in the roleplay. So here's me drawing her.
