Second Go at a Trainer self - sketch, no reference...sort of.

Well, no ref other than for the hand and Jolteon. The hand gave me more trouble than it was worth.
I decided to see how well I could draw myself the way I did last time without the aid of a reference. The body didn't take me too long. The hand took me an hour to get right. The lighting in my room was also bad for colouring, so I ended up using the wrong fucking skin colour.
This isn't exactly one I'm proud of. Doesn't seem like I'm getting as good as I thought I was at first. Maybe because I went without a reference this time... I dunno. If someone could honestly tell me if that's the case, then I'll be somewhat relieved. Skin colour aside, the neck is too long, the head is too big and the arms are too short. Proportions are as bad as hands! Okay, maybe not THAT bad.
