Seadra - male, Sassy, thoroughly cunning
Vivi's first ever Pokémon was a Horsea, caught by her fisherman father on the bay they lived by. It was small and somewhat sickly, so she was allowed to keep it since it wouldn't sell at standard market price. Vivi raised it back to full health and has loved it ever since.
Horsea did evolve at a much higher level than most of its species do. Vivi discovered later in her career that this was due to a birth defect as a result of an oil spill that took place a few weeks before the Horsea was hatched.
Prior to evolution, its nature/characteristic was Timid, alert to sounds, but after it evolved it experienced a drastic change in personality. Vivi still considers it her closest Pokemon companion.
Seadra now assists Vivi in her job at UOAA in a variety of ways. Whether it's calming Pokémon so they can be tagged or encouraging her to tackle a stack of paperwork, Seadra puts his all into everything he does.
