I drew this a long time ago so that's why it looks shitty. I was too lazy to draw my OC again, sorry.

This is Ned Vern Rogers, a lonely swordsman which lost his entire team during a huge battle with the Grimm creatures. He had to watch every single member die and that changed him.

His semblance is called Lock-On

Since he's a ranged fighter, the projectiles will hone in on their target regardless of what is in their way.
