ToukoBR Hey guys! Sorry i dont post anything but now im back!

This is a Pokemon i have on a Rom Hack,Delta Emerald,and when i catched him he came with a master ball and i wanting so much to evolve him (because he was a Riolu).

    I found him on Lv 6 Male the Riolu,but i had not pokeballs so i dont killed him and just runned.I bought some pokeballs and i came back where i was.After so much time i found the same Riolu and catched him.When i looked he was holding a Master Ball.I got a surprise and i promised evolve him.
