I Like it alot! I would say a few small tweaks would be needed. The black rectangle shape in the top left should be tweaked a bit. It sticks out.
The line (IDK what that would be called, merging line?) the one that is a slightly darker shade on the ear needs to be reduced a bit. I understand what you are trying to go for, but it looks like the ear is only connected in one small spot rather than in all of it. Possibly a lighter shade with 1 or 2 less pixels.
Really like the thing going on with the arm. Though the point where it connects to the arm should be a bit less narrow. In my Opinion, I though another blue orb should go there, but that might not turn out too well. If not, just make it less narrow by a few pixels, especially in the more bottom right area of the arm where it looks square.
Other than that, great sprite edit. Gives Zoroark a more feral look
