Chapter 1 - One step at a time
"So explain, what is your story Tannie?" The interviewer asked Tannie, who was not like any other Pokemon, she was a shiny. Shiny Pokemon are extremely rare and have a different colour palette or scheme than any others. Tannie's story was amazing, the bravery she had along the path of finding out who she was, her family wanted nothing but for her to evolve into a flareon, because her family did not have a flareon, so they felt they had no honour without having a flareon. All Eevee families had the whole 'set', Sylveon, Espeon, Umbreon, Jolteon, Flareon, Vapoureon, Leafeon and Glaceon. But Tannie wanted to become an Umbreon as she heard legends of shiny Eevees evolving into an evolution different than all of them and she just loved the beautiful blue rings shiny Umbreon's had. Another problem Tannie had was that her Dad said only males evolve into Umbreon and a female Umbreon was a stupid idea and that she should just evolve to flareon. Her dad also said to marry a male Espeon, "which also is a stupid idea because not many male Eevees evolve into a pink Espeon," her father always told her. Whenever Tannie stood up for herself, she ended up getting grounded for a week. Her family was controlling her life.
