Not entirely satisfied with these guys but always onward. Back in the RSE days one of my readers sent me this pokemon to use in the story and described it as a kind of water elemental like how Magmar was very associated with fire. Unfortunately when I dug up the real email again I saw that I had misremembered it as two-stage instead of the original three-stage (with the missing stage called Tifune). Oop.

    You cooouuuuld mayhaps add Tifune back into the line as the alternate DeepSeaTooth evolution (depending on what it looks like). But if not it wouldn't be the first time someone woopsied with a Pokemon line (Game Freak).

    All silliness aside, I love how they're seal shaped water elementals. While people are squeeing over how cute they are, Seanami is just thinking about how they can drown these people with a simple hug. I bet the oceans around Gaiien are completely devoid of plastic trash with Hurrocco lurking about. If they found any trash in their territory, there would be all kinds of hell to pay for it.

    A missing stage on a pinniped? Well, phoque.

    Any natural predators of this line should take special care to avoid particular fighting-type moves around them. Bad things happen when you consume if the seal is broken.

    In any case, nifty water elemental concept! Surprised it's a deepseascale evolution rather than a King's Rock evolution. I mean look at this thing. LOOK AT IT. XD
