Dont Have a Name for This Boi yet, But I spent a total of roughly 2 and a Half hours on him....in fact I wasted 25 minutes because I forgot to save on one part and my app crashed meaning I had to redo that entire layer....But he is Finaly finished! The Base Layer is underneath the layers I added, and some Tail and Accessory Layers the base maker added, The Original Line Art Base is By Meownimator on Diviantart
