Pokesonas: New OCs: Chichi the Spheal and Andy the Marill

Okay, two new OCs.

Chichi: She's quite airheaded and tends to space out. She's not the smartest, and often confused. She's extremely kind despite this. She loves to help out... even though she'll probably forget what she's doing in tge next few minutes.

Andy: He's quite the show-off. He's always chasing attention, and always wants to be the star. This means he can be kind of a jerk... But he doesn't want to hurt anyone. While he disagrees, discipline is probably the best medicine for him.
