Popalloon is an electric-dark type.

Popalloon is exactly what you think it is....A balloon holding a rock with a string....IT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE DOESN'T IT???? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA-

Before I decided this would be Popalloon's design, Popalloon would be holding a needle instead of a rock...But a balloon holding a needle wouldn't make any sense either, right?

I'll be making artwork for Popalloon soon ^w^

Popalloon is electric because balloons can cause static electricity when rubbed against something fluffy, and dark because....How do I describe a balloon with 2 eyes and a big creepy smile?....Creepy...so yeah...Dark type.
