My first one...Siren

As I have promised I would create something, and I did say it wouldn’t be any good. I have always wanted to learn how to draw and create amazing things that I see everyday on here or other sites. But I am far away from there and this drawing show it. Shading is one giant problem and I can’t even imagine how many bad things are in this. I am late to posting this because if I look at how many Likes I have, I’ve already surpassed 200. But knowing this community, most are nice and love to help, so I would love to ask your opinion and how I could improve. Not forcing you to but it would be appreciated.
