Name: Jolteil, conducting cockatiel pokemon
Type: flying/electric
Pokedex entry: when it preens, this pokemon creates a fine powder made from its feathers which conducts electricity. In an enclosed space, this can create a miniature lightning storm.
Evolves from: joltakeet, shock parakeet pokemon
Evolved into: joltoo, thunderstorm cockatoo pokemon

I might do the evolution and the pre evolution but I'm not sure. Also, I used a picture of my real life cockatiel for this so, you can make your own art of what you think should be different with the fakemon than the real cocktail.
