'Mon Fusion Adopts

by navycalamity

navycalamity Uh, yeah. I got asked to make some adoptables by @StarBlitz and @The Exorciser, so here they are in all their... glory. Might make some more, since there doesn't seem to be many flying types, or crossovers with other game universes.
[Growlithe/Rockruff] Rocklithe

Rock/Fire
This specimen follows the skeletal structure of a Rockruff with the fur pattern of Growlithe, a dusty brown shade taking the place of black stripes. Eye color is a dark brown that fades and takes on a gray tinge when unhealthy or old. This canine tends to roll on patches of ground covered in loose stones, assuring that its otherwise soft tail and mane are filled with rocky debris. Upon evolution, there are two possible outcomes for appearance and typing. The pure fire form evolves during daytime, common for individuals lacking rocks in their fur for any reason. Has the physique of a midnight Lycanroc, with the differences of its front paws more suited to punching attacks due to lacking effective claws, color scheme being mainly red, the mane varying from light gray to black, reduced night vision, and the apparent lack of on the body and mane. The rock typed form is naturally more oriented to direct attacking than evading and countering and evolves at night. It is more similar to midday Lycanroc; claws and teeth are sharper, and the pelt is mainly light brown with the lower sections of its legs, tail, and mane being cream colored. Eyes contrast its counterpart's, being a steely blue shade.

[Teddiursa/Cubchoo] Cubbursa

Ice/Normal
Has a pale blue half-moon on its forehead, as smooth and reflective as a mirror upon hatching. Otherwise looks like a Teddiursa with mainly white fur, a pale blue muzzle and paws. Gets battle power by absorbing ice through its front paws. Can adapt to a warmer climate, though this removes most chances of it being able to defend itself using ice elemental attacks, in which it usually resorts to manipulating the enemy's emotions (Fake Tears, Play Nice, etc). Evolves in snowy terrain. The 'Ursatic' now has a less reflective helmet of ice similar to a Marowak's, complimented by icicles frozen to their shoulders giving the appearance of having armored shoulder pads otherwise having a regular ursine form. Unfortunately for aspiring ice-type trainers, they can become sick if removed from the cold for .

[Torkoal/Tirtouga] Tirkoal

Fire/Water
This creature's body follows the appearance of its water typed parent, having dull purple skin, a gray upper beak but Torkoal's shell, with eyes that rarely, if ever, open fully (hinting at it having poor eyesight). It is well suited to both land and sea travel, and though its water typing makes it more difficult, if not impossible, to produce smoke, it can emit steam from the indentations on its shell. Tirkoal is generally suited for everyday uses because of this defensive handicap, though it can learn to shoot boiling water and embers at opponents. Evolution greatly boosts its power and makes this pokemon far more useful, even in non-battling related tasks such as transportation. Its back is shielded by a smooth dark gray shell, though four holes in the back allow scalding water to shoot out like a geyser. Hind legs are stocky with sharp stone claws, pre-evolved mask grows to protect the top of its head, and the flippers lengthen beyond their previous range of motion.

[Salazzle/Malamar] Salamar

Poison/Psychic
Can have two forms, depending on gender. The female counterpart is lizardlike, with light purple tails and "hair" reminiscent of tentacles. Body is off-white and thin, with a hot pink underside and yellow markings. The males are less common and appear more squidlike. Its head is bald with a red beak and markings and purple half-lidded eyes, while the rest of the form is dark gray. Both rely on manipulating opponents in battle, females generally faking a friendly approach then attacking when the opponent's back is turned, while males rely on their psychic abilities to draw the enemy close enough to poison it.
