SuperRubyX This is Mega Torkoal! To mega-evolve him you´ll need the Torkoalite. He gains the Electric type and the ability Storm Magnet (Is like Drizzle, but instead of setting up rain, he sets "storm", a new weather change that porwer ups electric type moves)
