I decided to draw my Sceptile from ORAS. Technically not an OC, but it can be considered whatever. Also, the coloring sucks. I forgot to make a seperate layer for the Sceptile's body. As my first drawing of a Pokemon, I'm not very impressed. I'm in the process of learning SAI, so my drawings wont suck so much.
