Personality: Harvey is very ambitious and greedy, and will do anything for money. However despite coming across as cold and harsh, he can be nice.
Backstory: What started out as just a passion became his job, and Harvey soon started a circus. People from all over came to see his show, and he earnt a great deal. However all the money he was making usually went to himself, his workers getting hardly anything and having to stay at the circus, while he returned home to his mansion. He'd also often scam people out of their money, and would do anything to get it. He died one night on the way home, in a motorcycle crash.
