After conquering Coral Academy, your next challenge is the mysterious Grass type leader Rose Gracidea. She always wears a cape, and keeps her calm demeanor even when in a tough stiuation. Rose was previously the champion of the region, and was close friends with the current champion, retiring to be a gym leader in favor of her friend. While she was known to be one of the most powerful trainers in the world, Rose doesn't seem to put much effort into her career as a trainer nowadays, and seeks a challenger who can ignite her old fighting spirit.
When you beat her, she will give you the Blade Badge, along with a TM for Grass Knot.
