Fakemon Starters

by Cloudswift

Cloudswift Just like the title suggests, it's the ideas of my fakemon region starter Pokemon! This also goes over the professor of the Michai region.
So, here is the concept for my fakemon starters! Please don't hate, this is my first attempt...
Degagon (Blade+Dragon)
Type: Grass
Species: Grass Dragon Pokemon
Appearance: Degagon is a small green dragon looking Pokemon. It has yellow cresting on its neck that looks like leaves in fall, and its paws are the same yellow. Its wings are feathered, green with yellow and orange and red. Degagon has cute red eyes as well.
Dex Entry: Degagon are often seen playing in trees, hopping through the branches, especially in the fall. They cause leaves to fall out, and occasionally kites and other miscellaneous toys that children lose up there come down as well.
Felame (Feather+Flame)
Type: Fire
Species: Flaming Pegasus Pokemon
Appearance: Felame is a small pegasus with its wings on fire. It's often confused with Rapidash from afar, except for when it's flying through the sky in a streak of fire. They are yellow with white wings that are always aflame. Their hooves are also white and on fire. There is a special element produced in the feathers and hooves that keeps the flames going forever, only extinguishing when the Pokemon dies.
Dex Entry: Felame are playful Pokemon that are generally found in mountainous areas, maneuvering the terrifying crags with ease. They help stranded mountain climbers not freeze to death by acting somewhat as a campfire.
Hydrop (Hydra+Drop [Yeah another dragon just go with it])
Type: Water
Species: Water Dragon Pokemon
Appearance: Hydrop is a light blue Pokemon that looks like a Hydra dragon(But not Hydregion). Its tail has a teardrop shaped thing on the end. Hydrop is more cute than menacing, as most starter Pokemon are. It tries to be fearsome though. It has four legs, each ending in a webbed, clawed foot. Sometimes, this Pokemon stands on its hind legs, waves its front paws around, and tries to roar(Though it just sounds adorable instead of fierce, once more).
Dex Entry: Hydrop are aquatic Pokemon, often observed in lakes and ponds. They swim around the bottom, trying to find rocks or weeds to play with. They aren't territorial and swim with others of their species as well as other Pokemon in the area.

Now on to Professor Aspen, who gives you these Pokemon. This Professor, with shoulder length brown hair, studies Fossil Pokemon. I figured that since I'm basing the Michai region on Michigan, which is known for the Great Lakes, famous for fossils, it'd be cool to have a Professor who researches fossils. And since she studies fossils, she's the one that you take fossils to to get them restored. In case you didn't know, Aspen is a type of tree. They're deciduous trees that I actually don't know much about. I think they're found all over the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Professor Aspen isn't afraid to get her lab coat dirty in the search for fossils, either. She leads digs all the time, so the bottom of her white coat has developed a dusty tint. Under the lab coat is a pink short-sleeved shirt and jeans.

So, that was the Professor and Starter Pokemon of the Michai region! Tell me what you thought in the comments!

I have to admit, it's always interesting to see other people's Fakemon; it provides an experience full of curiosity to my soliton receptors.

I might maybe publish my starter Fakemon later, as I have two sets of starters; along with two other unique starters in each set. Art is not exactly my strong point yet, as I am still practicing in shading and getting used to drawing on the computer.

Overall, I was astounded with the significant detailings and originality from the names of each Fakemon. If I had a scale from 1 to 10, the scale would have broken off of towards right side already.
