The rest of the joints are hidden with her dress. When she moves around, you can hear the joints softly hitting each other. Her looks were modeled after her mother, who died at childbirth. Her father created her in an attempt to get the daughter his wife wasn’t capable of giving him. ⌋

She can tell how they’re feeling and take a guess on what they’re trying to communicate, despite not knowing how to speak Pokémon. She also uses this ability in battle, always trying to pick up on certain things to do her best in battle. ⌋

She can have a really shit reputation, but will still carry on with her life as if nothing’s going on. (Not unless it harms one of her Pokémon of course) ⌋

Most of the things she says are pretty negative, which makes her come across as cold, but again, she only says things that are true. ⌋

She keeps seeing humans take Pokémon for granted and doesn’t like how humans don’t return the love that their Pokémon give to them. That is why she likes Pokémon way more than humans. She only shows her kind side to them and is always willing to help out Pokémon for their well being. If she is assisting any human, it’ll be because their cause just so happens to be benefitting Pokémon. She ditches them right away if it’s no longer about Pokémon. ⌋

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⌈ Although Evangeline can’t feel pain because she has no nerves and is made out of wax, she can somehow taste things. She doesn’t need to eat food to survive, because she has no organs at all, but she does like eating sweet things and drinking fancy teas. Her favorite kind of sweets are pastries, cakes, and cookies, while her favorite tea is Earl Grey and flower tea. Where the food and drink goes; is a mystery. ⌋

She’s interested in photography and likes gardening. With gardening, she’d likes to make an effort to make everything look nice by arranging plants and flowers. She also likes collecting random objects that look very aesthetic; like jewelry, sea shells, minerals, and lace. ⌋

Of course, with Evangeline’s doll appearance, it complements her pretty well. When it comes to other people, however, she knows what does and what does not go well with each person. She puts a lot of things into consideration, like the person’s body shape, face, hair, and even personality. She knows that her usual gothic lolita aesthetic doesn’t look good on everyone, so she goes with clothes that she knows will look good on the person. ⌋

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⌈ Of course, Evangeline doesn’t really agree with most of the actions that humans do, so she naturally dislikes them. She knows that not all humans are terrible, but she still assumes that every human is. She isn’t stubborn, it is possible to make her disprove her assumption, but that takes a lot of work. With younger humans though, she tends to be more forgiving the more younger they are. If the person was around the ages of 1-5 she can tolerate them, because she knows that they don’t know any better. Same thing applies to anyone older, but she won’t hesitate to teach them a lesson if they’re being too bratty. ⌋

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⌈ Evangeline really despises it when another human would do an act of mistreatment, whether it be to another Pokémon or another human. She believes that it’s the main reason why she hates humans so much. Mistreating Pokémon makes her livid, because most of the time, the Pokémon being mistreated doesn’t know why or is unaware of it. Because of that, the Pokémon continue to be loyal to that human because its all they know. Mistreating other humans just creates more shitty humans. It’s the reason why she tends to be protective over children. ⌋

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⌈ Evangeline feels weird when she’s in contact with bright lights, which is why she carries a parasol everywhere with her, even if it’s cloudy out. It’s not exactly a painful feeling, but more of a melting feeling, without the burning sensation. ⌋

While she understands how human emotions works, she can never find herself to actually caring about them. She can appear empathetic towards children, but it’s just her knowing that children are still developing their own brains and it’s not her understanding their emotions in any way. The things that don’t imply that she’s a sociopath is the fact that she isn’t like this towards Pokémon. If she really did have antisocial personality disorder, she’d act the same way towards Pokémon, but she doesn’t. She feels emotions with Pokémon and acts pretty normal around them. It is safe to say to that Evangeline isn’t clear of any mental illnesses, but there isn’t a specific mental problem to name. ⌋

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⌈ Nikolai was the man that created Evangeline, but wasn’t the one who brought her to life. This man is completely mad and has lost his sanity years ago. He only cares about Evangeline and taking care her as his precious daughter. When she was brought to life, he was way too obsessive and over protective, keeping Evangeline in his mansion buried deep in Route 217. Evangeline would eventually get a growing curiosity of the outside world the more time she’s spent with her father. The curiosity quickly evolved into a motivation and Evangeline would try to escape the home she was trapped in, but of course, her father didn’t like this rebellion. He started to become sour and be aggressive when Evangeline would try to leave and would try to convince her to stay by spoiling the crap out of her. Evangeline does escape eventually, since she doesn’t want to live the repetitive life that her father wants. She doesn’t want to be with her father anymore, but she didn’t want to wish death upon him. ⌋

⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⌈ Hacker is a girl native to Alola that Evangeline befriended on her travels to Alola. They mainly bonded over each other's Pokémon and Evangeline found it interesting that Hacker has also got her hands on PokéConverters. Since her own Pokémon seem to like Hacker's so much, she tolerated her. Hacker tried to get along with Evangleine, she did like her as a person since she can kind of agree that humans kind of suck. After spending more time with her, Hacker became the only human that she genuinely likes. ⌋
